Join us on Saturday May 25th at 10.00 for the first of our four-part online series: Think and Be Me Wellbeing. Cat Levine, Mental Wellbeing Educator, will be leading this session where she will explore techniques and strategies for taking care of your mental health. She will address challenges like anxiety, fear, worry and anger with help from some relatable characters and engaging story telling. You will come away from the session with some practical strategies and skills for caring for your wellbeing. This session is suitable for all ages and provides an overview of the knowledge Cat and her team can provide. This online session will be followed up with three further, more specific sessions focusing on Children 5-11 Years, Pre-Teens & Teens 12 Years+ and Parents and Caregivers.
